Hey I bought some games!

It feels like forever since I bought myself an XBox 360 game.  I didn’t dare buy any due to the achievement challenge, then I got that Blockbuster Rental thingy so have just been renting.  The last game I bought for myself would have Gears of War 2 back last year, whenever that came out.  I did buy Rock Band 2 – but that doesn’t really count.

Anyway I picked up Left 4 Dead and Fifa 09 on the weekend.  Left 4 Dead is a blast and well worth the purchase.   I also finally caved and bought Fifa 09, and glad to say it was also worth it, as it is super fun, especially the Be a Pro mode.

Other than that, I’ve been trying to recuperate from this illness and slowly progressing towards full health again.  I’m still coughing up a lung, but other than that I’m fine.  I’ve also mostly given up smoking, and am going to try and keep it that way.  Only smoking about 5 a day now, and going to cut that down over the next week.  Funny because I still really don’t want to quit, but oh well.

I managed to get back to work today(Sunday) and did some stuff.  Got about 15 items on my to do list to get through which isn’t too bad considering how sick I have been all week and did no work.  Also didn’t help that Mason was off for March break, and Janise & Ella were sick so I wasn’t able to have time alone to work.

Just going to work my ass off over the next little while, as I’ve got a busy April when it comes to non-work.  On Sunday the 5th of April, it’s Wrestlemania~!  Then on Monday I’m going to Blue Jays baseball opener.  On the Tuesday it’s off to Whitby for a poker tournament with coincidentally a bunch of poker room managers – that should be fun.

Then on April 18th it’s off to Montreal, to hang out with people from Bodog then go watch UFC and watch Chuck Liddell kick all kinds of ass.  Then at the end of April I am flying off to hang out with Marky Mark in Edmonton for a week.

Whew.  Busy time.  Off to make some dinner now as I just realize it’s 9pm and I ain’t had shit all day.
