Today was GREAT

Well today ended up working out GREAT, and I am in a very joyous mood right now.

Last night I was a bit of a mess, but things really went well today.  I got just the right mix of work and relaxation.  I handled some e-mails in the morning, then spent most of the day playing and beating Bourne Identity for the 360.  I then spend some time relaxing, and re-reading Persauder by Lee Child for about oh the 18th time.  Such an awesome book.

I watched UFC Fight Night with Lauzen/Stephens to finally get that off my PVR, then the Shield season 3 finale.  Then the wife took the kids up to bed, and I tidied up and organized my desk a bit, and got a few things done.  Then me and the wife watched shows on the PVR(Corner Gas, Scrubs, The Office) while I worked and cleaned up almost all of my e-mail, which was backlogged since Saturday.  Yay!  Then I went through Google Reader and cleared that.

Man I am in such a good mood just now.  Time to do one or two semi-important things, then head to bed and wake up refreshed, and feeling great.  Fuck you illness, it’s Scotsman time.
